Requirements
To ensure good jobs for our candidates, we ask partnering restaurants to provide the following:
A job with a guaranteed hourly wage of at least $17 per hour. (Can include tip pooling to achieve hourly rate.)
Benefit package may include discounted/free meals, family and employee discounts, healthcare benefits, childcare, and paid time off.
A mentor who has the ability and heart to support and onboard new staff. For the first 90 days, there will be regular check-ins between Prep Cook Bootcamp and the mentor to ensure a positive start.
