Prep Cook Bootcamp is here to make your first steps into the kitchen as smooth as possible. We not only provide practical skills and training but more importantly, we connect our students with real jobs and with a mentor for a lasting career.
The program
Our immersive four-day workshop features two days of instruction in the kitchen where we cover food safety and cooking principles. Then we work together to achieve a food handler’s card and Person-In-Charge certificate. The last day is a job fair where we secure students’ restaurant placement.
